HeartMyWorkout is the fitness app that helps you to “Fall in Love with Fitness”. We use powerlifting, strongman, and functional fitness methodologies to put together workouts for YOUR goals, YOUR fitness and skill level, YOUR time availability, and YOUR equipment.

You don’t have to do the same thing every day to get strong, lean, or big. We’ll take into account your goals but provide variety you wouldn’t find otherwise.

JOURNAL

Your Journal is where everything starts. Build your workout, see what workouts (and in the future what kinds of workouts) are coming up, and make them happen from here.

See what you’re in for, then click the ‘Start Workout’ button to begin. 

 

WORKOUT SCREEN

From the workout screen you’ll track your sets and reps, your run or row times, and watch as you get fitter and healthier as the weeks go by.

You’ll also be able to swap out exercises if you need to, and HeartMyWorkout will suggest an exercise to replace it with.

Maybe muscle-ups are programmed but you don’t have that yet? Swap it out for pull ups. Maybe ring dips become band-assisted bar dips. OR – if you need to turn things up a notch, swap in a more difficult exercise with the tap of a finger. 

LOCATIONS

Set up the gym and equipment based on what you have available. Our algorithm will only select exercises that are possible with the equipment you have.  

You’ll also set your specific goals and skill level.

Schedule workouts and track them in your journal.
Save favorite workouts, look up exercises, and set up different locations.
Location settings include available equipment, workout length, and more. Workouts will be tailored to where you are exercising.

Look up exercise details when needed in the exercise library, or click the exercise in your workout screen.
